No. The card is saved to the wallet everyone already has on their phone (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). The customer scans a QR code, fills in a few details and they're done. No downloads.
No. Staff scan the customer's QR code with a phone or tablet and the stamp is added in a few seconds. No extra hardware and no changes to your till – you'll manage it even at peak times.
Right away. Sign-up and the setup wizard take a few minutes. Once you're done, you can hand the card out to customers. You set it all up yourself, with no waiting.

Yes. No commitment – you can end the contract at any time. With annual billing the service runs until the end of the paid year, with monthly billing until the end of the paid month; already-paid subscriptions are non-refundable. The Free plan is also completely free and commitment-free.
